Royal Oaks is governed by a 16 member volunteer Board of Trustees. The Board is a governing Board and it has responsibility for strategic planning, financial oversight, establishing policy, and fiduciary and legal compliance. The work of the Board is handled through 9 standing committees which meet quarterly in preparation for the Board meeting. The Board is comprised of residents, retired community members and community professionals.
