The People of Faith Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) tax exempt organization whose purpose is to support the residents of the corporation. The Foundation funds are used to provide financial assistance to any Royal Oaks resident who through no fault of their own is unable to meet their monthly service fee obligation or for any charitable purpose as determined by the Foundation to benefit all residents of Royal Oaks. The Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors separate from the corporation’s Board of Trustees.
