• Recruitment training and retention of a concerned, dedicated, professional staff that maintains a warm, friendly and gracious living environment, which promotes quality of life for residents and job satisfaction for the employees.
• Participation with community, volunteer and other professional groups in activities dedicated to the improvement and enrichment of the retirement years.
